One of the great pleasures of this business for me is seeing people get that first home. I work closely with lenders and know the most creative financing solutions available. I enjoy helping young families get a home of their own and pay less per month than they were for rent. And that’s easier right now than in a tight market. And remember, with the right loan, your rent won’t change for the next thirty-years.
Another joy is to educate first time investors. It’s a thrill helping people create wealth from real estate. Sure, you have to adjust tactics depending on market conditions, but you really can make money in any cycle. It’s true: over the last 25 years, real estate has outperformed all other secured investments. And, “as safe as houses” isn’t just a phrase, it’s a guarantee. Especially here in Southern California
Finally, for me, there’s nothing like the thrill of making that call to tell a client, “I’ve sold your home!” And…..
My data base has access to every major listing service in our area, so I have my e-finger on the pulse of every home that’s for sale in the region. If I don’t know about it, it’s probably being sold to relative or friend.
